? Nadir?

Does it look like her Nadir is around +7 to +8? She ate much better today. Got about 200 - 220 cal in. Lots of encouraging and representing multiple times. But she did eat. She looks so much better. I had a bowl of cereal tonight and she jumped up on the table and tried to get my milk. LOL.
Still unable to catch urine. But my monitor comes tomorrow so I will check it as soon as it arrives.

About posting new threads, wasn't sure if I should keep posting on the same thread I was originally started or start new one. It was getting very long. So I just started a new one. Hope that is correct.

Nadir was at +7.. if you had got a +8 it could possibly have been lower. That’s quite a late nadir for Vetsulin.

I’m glad she is eating well.

Is that ok that she has a late nadir on the vetsulin. All 3 days she has been on it, her lowest reading has been about 8 hours after her shot. I was going to try to get the 8 hour also
but fell asleep and missed it. I will try to get +7, +8 and +9 today.

Not all cats have their nadir at the same time even though they may be getting the same insulin. It depends on the cat's metabolism.

My cat was prescribed Lantus. The nadir is typically at +6. Gabby's nadir was generally around +3 or +4, except when it wasn't. Nadirs may typically fall at a given time but they can and do vary.
