Hypo today...
I pretended I wasn't home, I did the testing only and let him self regulate. Food was out.
He slept through all the way since 5 AM this morning (shot time) till +4. When I saw the hypo reading, I woke him up and put him on the bowl myself. He ate all of his 7% that was there. I hope that he would have eventually done that on his own. But I intervened since I was here.

When do you go back to work?

He was clearing a bounce and had additional downward momentum. But yes, they often just sleep through meals unless they are motivated by food!

It’s a low number but not a hypo. No symptoms so he wasn’t hypo. He definitely did need to eat though. If you go back on site tomorrow I think you need to reduce.

Vet update: I have ordered more Cerenia, vet prepared it for me. He also told me he is happy with the 1.5 U for now. Not that I care about his dosing suggestions lol He asks me to send him readings every 2 weeks to keep him in the loop. So I sent him an email with this weekend's numbers.

Yes I agree, 1.25U
Yes, he had no symptoms. He also didn't have any symptoms when he was 35. that scares me actually

I’d be scared as well. Max once was Lo. I immediately gave him hc. No symptoms. Maybe had a retested I would have gotten a number but I panicked . 30’s a few times but never symptomatic either.

Yes i do!
I tend not to do that because they freak out...they know I am not home and get scared.
But if need be, I will use it tomorrow!

I thought you meant in the morning...now.i am panicked
I’m sorry. The depot will be in play tomorrow so you might want to feed him mc and leave out some mc. We can’t even say if he bounces give lc as he can go from pink to lime in the blink of an eye.

Yes I will know at AMPS and then figure out what to leave out. I have already prepared all the frozen cubes of different foods
