Good morning,

Yesterday was relatively calm at our house. Surfing the yellow zone.

Today, however, seems like we might get some action. Starting off AMPS 167 has an echo of January 7th when we had blue zone all day and then dove into an earned reduction.

I've mentioned that Eddie's earned reductions seem to be accelerating and I can only hope it's the SRT doing what SRT is meant to do.

What do you think @FrostD? Are we headed for a night of shenanigans?

I’d get at least a +5 to see what he has in mind for this cycle. You never know when he’s going to decide to be an Olympic downhill skier.

Looking forward to seeing what he has in mind for the PM cycle too. Go Eddie! :)

(Nice job including a notation on the spreadsheet re: when you started the new Lantus vial. Sometimes a new vial packs a bit more “punch” depending on the age/storage/etc of the old vial, so it’s always nice to have that documented.)

I like JL's suggestion. I've given up trying to guess what an acro post SRT could do, though it does look like he's breaking his bounce. :cool: Curious to see if this will be a flat blue cycle.

@JL and Chip & @Wendy&Neko

We're still in the blue @+5 121. He's already had his mid-day snack and the numbers are only slightly above January 7 deep dive after PMPS.

I know what you mean about the post SRT guessing game. I have none of the cards. :rolleyes::cat:

I'm also curious to see what kind of cycle we're in. I sure hope it's not a repeat of the 7th. I'm still recovering.

That was quite a dive. Similar to the PM cycles of 1/3 and 1/4. I'm wondering if LC would have been enough? He sometimes flattens out by +4.

In the SS comments, if you could note down whenever you feed anything other than LC, you would have an excellent history of what you fed and how he reacted to higher carbs that yu could use for feeding the curve in future.

And yes, you would need a +4 after that drop!

Hi Bhooma, so @+4 we've got 90: gave a little HC. I'll put it all in SS. What do you think now????? :eek::cat:

You didn't need HC so late in the cycle. The same LC-MC mix you fed at +3 or even just LC may have been fine.
I think the HC should give him a good boost but you want to check at +6 to ensure he does not drop after the carbs wear off.

Ah, well, live and learn. I just gave hm a tsp so, hopefully, I won't have sent him sky high. I'll set alarm for +6. Thanks, Bhooma.
