Yesterday: AMPS 205 / 197@ +2 / 201@ +5.5 / 188@ +9 / PMPS 195 / 142@ +3 / 173@ +5.5
Micio's BGs came down a bit today, 10th cycle is ending tonight (I've held the dose to 4.5u since BGs went down to 64@ +3.5 on 2 January https://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB...amps-265-122-3-156-5-5-109-3-pmps-115.257470/ ) and we may see even lower numbers at PMPS.
@tiffmaxee , @Wendy&Neko, @Bron and Sheba (GA) will any of you be around later on to advise me in case I'll shot with low numbers ?

Not sure whether I'll be around, I'm usually off and on. I'd get a +11 if you are worried and post then if you have questions. That gives you time to get ready for what you might see at PMPS.

I just tested 160@ +11, he should be fine by PMPS, feed and shoot 4.5u (I usually pmps at 5:35-5:40 and, by the time I feed both cats and shot it would be at 6pm)
My question is: when do I stop increasing the dose every 6 cycles with TR? Do I need to increase again tomorrow?

With TR, we hold doses with green nadirs for 10 cycles. Unless you see a lower green tonight, I think you'd be fine to increase tomorrow.

When they get tightly regulated, ie. mostly green, but safe green. Or if they earn a reduction, then you decrease.
