I was reading the previous condo. Do you find a +9 snack works? For some I guess ir does on 1.0 but for many it’s done with a tiny dose of .25 or under. So if it works continue but if not ditch it.

Im not sure if it works. It seemed like it did, but she's been kind of high since yesterday. Maybe my Lantus is too old? It looks fine, but it is from July.....I do have another vial that's newer.....
 
I don’t think your insulin is too old. I used my visas about 6 or 7 months and threw out a lot so switched to pens which I used to the last drop. Others use even longer. If my cat I would experiment to see if the +9 is making another reduction elusive.

I will....she is always so hungry. She's now about 9 lbs. and I don't think she should be any heavier. So I'm trying to keep her calories under control. But she is so hungry! I give her 1/4 can at amps and pmps, and then 1/8 at +2, +4, etc. If I check her every hour, I give her 1/16. It's still too many calories. But she's ravenous!
 
If she’s at her ideal weight she’s not getting too much food. Congrats for you to getting her there. My two girls weigh around 8 lbs 12-14 oz. They are not large cats though. Tiffany, my tortie had an ideal weight of 10 lbs.
