12/16 Charlie increase Lantus dose?

I know I should hold the dose for 7 days, but I’m worried about how his numbers have been increasing since I dropped him to .10. Looking for advice -hold the .10 or increase to .25?

If you are following SLGS, you hold the dose. If you are mainly feeding LC wet, I would suggest you switch to TR so you can keep him at a dose where he can spend more time in normal numbers (green) and not have to decrease below 90.

Bhooma, I changed to Relion Prime (human meter) this morning 12/19. Could you please help me correct my spreadsheet? UPDATE, I keep getting errors with the Relion (not enough blood I think), so I’m not ready to change to the Relion yet. Thanks for always being there
