Is vomit normal?

So since being diagnosed Sica has been having soft stools sometimes (not all the time) and today she threw up a little bit of food and then some white foam and bile.
Is it because of the stress? Because of the insulin? What should I do?
 
Did you change her food when she was diagnosed? Sometimes a food change can cause an upset tummy. Are you feeding her several meals a cycle? Sometimes if they go a long time between meals,you can get the foamy vomit.

Yes! She had a food change immediately after diagnosis and yeah she is a grazer, she kinda eats a little bit throughout the day. I think she ate like a lot and then went for a few hours without meal because there were some mixups in the feeding schedule in our house. Do you think that could be it?

She is still vomiting but I don't understand why because in any other way she seems to be doing much better. She's playful, cuddly and her appetite is fine. Is it a possibility that shes eating too much?
 
There are many reasons a cat could be vomiting. If she eats quickly, a "scarf and barf" will do food. Cats with acid tummies can do a foamy vomit. You might want to check in with your vet.
