Btw, does he get food at night after you go to bed? Amazing how he can be flat yellows till +3/+4 but head much lower by the end of the cycle.

I always give him some food at around +6.5 before going to bed… sometimes +7 if I’m up still

If you shot at say 8am today, you shoot at 7:30pm tonight and 7:30am tomorrow morning and 7:00pm tomorrow night.

Man, I’m having an off day today. I think that 2-3 hour sleep (12/13) night is catching up with me. The day of, I didn’t feel the lack of sleep one bit. Yesterday I was sleepy and today is all just a bit off - I probably shouldn’t touch anything today.. lol

Like I just put his number At +4 (10pm) but it’s really +3 sinceinsulin…

Yes. Feed and he should be okay till AMPS. Might be lower, but not in any danger.
