Hi all, AMPS is 99,currently trying to stall and test in 20-30 mins.

If still low, do I shoot 0.25 (she is currently on 0.50) and revert to standard 0.50 this evening depending on numbers?

Tried for a curve yesterday, every 3 hours for 18, but last 2 tests didn't happen because of a mother of a thunderstorm, and apparently our Whisk is afraid of thunder! Dragging her out from under the bed to test didn't seem right.

Stall and don’t feed. Test again in 20-30 or is she too hungry? She’s too low to shoot.

The larger depot is still in play. Depending on her bg tonight if high enough to shoot I think you shoot .25.

Yes, she seems to be doing pretty well on much lower doses than she had initially.

She also seems to have become less desperate for food which I'm taking as a good sign. Now she's actually leaving stuff in the bowl for later.

How’s her weight? Is it where it should be?

She was under 3kg when she arrived (very underweight) and stayed that way until diagnosis.

Then she picked up to about 4kg.

She's slightly smaller than George who is currently about 5.5kg.

I'll weigh her today, but currently I'd estimate she's between 4 and 4.5kg which is her correct range I think.

Time to stop gaining weight.

Oh hell yes. Her appetite seems to have started self regulating now.

Have also had to start George back on kibbles as he has no fangs and could not get enough wet food (then she was getting his too when he left it). He was losing too much weight. Now he gets his contraband behind closed doors away from our carbaholic.

Combined with getting her ears under control and the feliway, him eating separately and also regaining his weight seems to be calming her aggression.
