Hellooo and a big hug to everyone!!! :bighug::bighug:

I'm posting to share the latest news from Chnoudi. She is totally stuck on this 0.25u (uuuugghhh!!) and unable to show any progress.. This makes me really sad, because we have worked so hard for her remission... I know that as time goes on , the possibility of a 2nd remission goes away. :(

I'd really like your opinion about increasing to 0.50. Many blue numbers have appeared in the last 3 cycles and her nadirs are at 80s...I did have change meter, and I don't know if it reads higher but I'm not sure if this could make so much difference to her numbers...
I don't know...Maybe this increase helps her.. :oops::oops::confused::confused:

Kisses :):):)

Hi Melita, she is diving quite a bit at +2 which may be contributing to some bouncing. I see you are mostly feeding at +2, +4 and +6. Try and see if feeding at +1 (you canbreak up the PS meal to feed some of it at +1) reduces that drop at +2 and improves her numbers overall?

I think there may be some scope for an increase, but a full 0.25U may be too much. I will tag @tiffmaxee and let's see if she thinks an increase to 0.375U may be needed?

OK Bhooma, I'll follow your advise about the food. Thank you a lot!!:kiss::kiss:
I'm not sure if I can find 0.375 to the syringe, I'll need a miscoscope..but if it has to be done, I'll manage to do it!! hahaha:D:D

If you look at syringes when the plunger is fully pressed, you will see that many of them do not align with the zero mark. There could be a much as 0.5U more or less. That really affects the accuracy of the dose.

Yes this happens with my syringes too.. If I press the plague fully, it exceeds the "zero" line and seems to go "deeper"

Once I started using calipers I could not dose without them. I was so OCD that I opened all my syringes to use the ones with straight lines and calipers first! It really makes a difference. Chnoudi is looking really good! If you want to try a tiny increase you test enough but I think it’s hard without calipers. If you continue to see a lot of blue we might need to try it.

I am generally OCD in life all the time. (Its why I ask you guys so many questions:rolleyes:) So yeah I think I may need to get some calipers. Luckily my husband uses them all the time!

Okk Thank you so much Elise!!! :bighug: I'll see, according to her numbers the next days..
I'll also try to find calipers in Athens :kiss::kiss:

We never used calipers but i was contemplating it, it was difficult to find them when i was looking but now i saw them in construction shops like Horbach/ Bauhaus, i am not certain which ones you have in Greece but maybe worth looking in those. Good luck if you decide to increase :bighug:

Hello Marina!!! :):) I made a research last night and I found calipers in many shops here! I ordered one because I'm obsessed with this thought of increase - insulin maniac- :p:p It's just that i desperately want to see a progress..ugh
