What is the last reading you have? Nothing after +6.5?
ETA: And no sensor till PMPS, right?

Last read was 102, which was like +6.75

Oops. Whether you shoot 0.75U or 1U, the depot will still be at play. Hopefully he will bounce.
Unless @tiffmaxee says otherwise, go with 0.75U. If she feels the Libre readings are wonky and the reduction was not earned, you can go back to 1U tonight.

If you want to see if it sticks you can give the .75 a few cycles or go back to 1.0 tonight.

We see the Libre read lower than the ear pricks often. Stick with .75 now in case it was right. Next time you see a low number try and check with an ear prick.

And it's not just that it reads lower. It shows these sudden dives into low numbers and an almost immediate recovery.
Look at Callie's SS when Jessica was using the Libre in July

Look at the dips into green in August. For some readings, Jessica was able to get a comparison with a human meter.
I would ignore the LO reading last night but like Elise said, you could reduce based on the 42 and see if he holds the reduction. Who knows? He very well could!

Wow!! That spreadsheet has the proof in the pudding. Man I wish I could get Milo to freehand it would be so nice to have a backup. She made a note saying “libre seems to be wonky in low numbers” which sucks because that’s literally the most important part haha.
This morning I gave .75. So I’m going to do the same tonight and just incase see how things are there. But if no improvement I’ll move back to 1u. His new sensor is active in about twenty minutes. So I’ll be able to get a PMPS

Yup. I saw this in another case of a cat in Australia. The numbers would suddenly dive briefly into green very late in the cycle - like +8 or so - the CG started testing those with a human meter and found the meter read much higher. Unfortunately that SS is not shared any more.
