Good morning,
This is yesterday's story:

yesterday @Wendy&Neko you said that the end of today would mark the end of six cycles because of the low blues a couple nights ago and that to hold the 8u until today.

@FrostD asked why it was read as a bounce and had seen him at the end of a cycle earlier and the question wasn't settled.

What dose to give Eddie: 8u or 8.5u?

I'm grateful for the support but these are two different responses to the cycles and the dose.

If I don't hear from anyone, I'll give 8u because it's the conservative choice.
 
I also would have gone conservative in this situation, especially with the lower AMPS.

I had raised the question because it's a little unusual (based on my experience anyway) for a cat to bounce on the back half of a cycle, then shoot up, then clear it right on the next cycle or two...so many times in a row.

It wasn't a challenge to Wendy's recommendation - I'd always take her advice over mine - I was just curious.

Hey, no, I wasn't reading it as a challenge to the recommendation but when questions arise, I pay attention! I know what you mean about Eddie and the unusual. That seems to be his modus operandi and he keeps me (all of us) on speed dial. I appreciate you asking the question because I get to learn, too. Thanks, Melissa. And Wendy!

Well, we slipped into the blue zone @ +6 149.
I wonder if this is the deal-breaker since PMPS tonight will also be at 8u.
@Wendy&Neko what do you think? I thought at first this was similar to 11/30 @ +6 but then there are no yellows and only pink before that;
 
Well, we've had a good blue today and now a respectable yellow PMPS @ 250.

Does this remind anyone of the latter part of 11/29?
 
I personally am hoping for 17th when he ended up blue the next day :cool:

I think whatever you do tonight, don't let the +3 fool you. I'd aim for a +6, it's a bit of a missing puzzle piece on the cycles with flat +2/3s. I still do think he goes lower on those cycles.

Yes, I see what you are saying. I will aim for the +6. It is kind of a mystery zone. Looking back, it's like the +3 is red herring...

One more thing- do you think I need a +3 if I’m going for the + 6?

Hi Bhooma, I missed this at +1.5! I had decided to change my strategy tonight and just go to sleep & set alarm for +3, which I did.

Anyway, it's now @ +3 178, so not a dive but certainly a drop into blue. I'll feed a little LC and test again?

Not much of a drop but you could get a +6 like Melissa suggested.

Wendy had asked you to hold till the bounce was over. Which I think it is and you can take him up to 8.5U tomorrow. I won't be surprised if he earns a reductiom soon after! Cats! :rolleyes:

I'll tag Wendy just in case she is online early and sees this before your AMPS
