I stalled Panzer +1 AMPS thinking I was going to be away from him for the day. My client canceled due to covid exposure. He ran high all day ,I feel bad but I thought I was leaving him in my roommates hands. He won't test even though he helped in the beginning & sees me doing it all the time. I understand though he's not his cat whatever help I can get is welcomed! My boys in the greens 87@+5 his reduction is supposed to be below 90,but someone suggested a while back to change if it gets lower than 80. I would like to reduce at 70 or below. What do you think? @FrostD @tiffmaxee @Diane Tyler's Mom @JanetNJ

Personally I wouldn't reduce it for that one random green. Your call though.

With SLGS he has earned a reduction but he’s almost a yearb diabetic so if you want to customize and change his reduction number I say go for it as he’s not on any dry food. Hey, you might even decide to switch to TR.

I agree with this.

I think a reduction would lose progress like has happened in the past (which is why I had suggested the lower reduction point awhile back). He also appears to be breaking a bounce, so perhaps going a little lower than he might usually.

I'd feed a tsp of LC just in case he wants to drop a little more

Yeah I don't want to reduce unless he's at 70 or below. I don't want to do that because last time I reduced to soon & regretted it. Still thinking about an increase on Thursday or Friday?if he doesn't drop lower than tonight.

He's actually almost 2yrs diabetic. Jan 10th 2020 he was on novalin until June of this year & then someone introduced me to all of you awesome knowledgeable people & here we are trying to get my boy better! We've come a long way in a short time with you guys help & me actually learning about diabetes.

I will read up on it tomorrow. I've also thought about switching him to Lantus but going to stay with prozinc for awhile longer. I went back to my old vet & they are on board with what I want to do with Panzer. They said it's my call & they are behind me 100%!
