Hi Kahluasmom. Your boy/girl is getting some really good numbers. Looks like he is just going through a bounce right now. I can see that your kitty will need to watched closely with those greens. I hope you will be able to do that. Good luck on this diabetes journey. I am with you.

Can you grab a +10 or +11? Breaking that bounce already, I suspect you may be heading into a late nadir. Been flirting with a reduction...may get it tonight

My crystal ball is ON FIRE lately haha

The most similar cycle you have is 10/27. But just keep an eye out, without the +10/+11 it's hard to know if she's still going down or coming up. If she's still coming down, you may end up with a +14-ish AM nadir + the onset of the PM shot kind of running into each other. I don't expect anything too crazy, but may hit green.

Ill be watching! How do I know when I can safely go to bed? Im always afraid I'll sleep thru something.

We usually say if they're rising on their own after 2 hrs without food as a blanket statement.

Small dip at +1, which is usually more of a food bump. So she was probably still heading down. You can probably wait til +3 if you need a nap, but if it were me I'd grab a +2 to try to head off a potential drop. After that will be hard to tell. Slower drops still in blue, can probably go 2 hrs til next test. Faster drops will be hourly, possibly every 30 if hitting green.

Usually if the +2 or +3 is flat you're safe for the night, tonight isn't quite one of those nights because of the bounce break and it's a little unpredictable

I'm heading to bed, but you can always tag Bron or Bhooma and they'll hopefully be around

When I need to get up to test again, I set my alarm on my phone across the room on my most hated noise (buzzer) - so I actually have to get up.
