"The Cat Person" cat food

I'd like to know if anyone has heard of this cat food. I feed it to my cat twice/day as a treat; his regular food is YoungAgain Zero Mature that I just decreased his serving amount from about a half cup/day to 1/3 cup/day because he seemed to have gained a little weight.

The serving containers of TCP are the same size as the small Fancy Feast cans, and I give him a total of half a serving (can) per day. He's crazy about the Tuna pate, so much so that I'm wondering if it's totally healthy for him. Sammy's almost six and is not diabetic, and I'd like to keep it that way.
I wanted to include here a pic of the ingredients, but wasn't sure how to. The side of the box says: 55% tuna; 33% fish broth; 5% dried egg; 3% tapioca; and 4% essential nutrients and natural flavoring.

Their packaging is quite interesting too; each box converts into a play box.

Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

Never heard of this cat food just so members know in the previous post you said Sammy is not diabetic so members are aware of that

The company website says it's low carb and it has more protein than what AAFCO suggests so it sounds good, but it would be better if you could get something better than Guaranteed Analysis from the company, either As Fed or Dry Matter Basis analysis as then you can calculate the exact percentage of carbs from calories. The tapioca starch is the only thing that could contribute to carbs, but pet food makers are not obligated to divulge evere ingredient so the analysis would be crucial to really knowing what the carb content is.

Ingredients are less of an issue than the carb content. There are cat food carb calculators on the web. They will give you an approximation of whether the food is low in carbs. Unfortunately, most pet food nutritional information is based on the guaranteed analysis and not on "as fed" values. It will, however, get you into the ballpark.
