Good morning all!

So this morning we are seeing our first amps in the 200s (barely in them but still). Yay right? Well frankly I'm freaking out a bit. Start new job this am its training so need to be there. Will not have car to run home today. Just ordered auto feeder last night.

I know I need to check his +2 and he has been pretty flat last couple days dropping slowly which is awesome. I have to leave immediately after his +2.

Even his amps this am was only about 20 points lower than his pmps +2.5. I know ECID, I know he could continue the slow trend, but i also know he could just plummet. Do i just say screw the job? Leave out some HC? (which I know he will probably gobble up before I even get out the door) I feel so uncertain i wish we had a better pattern so i knew what he was gonna do.
 
You do not need higher carbs at these levels. You also need to keep in mind meter variance which can be as much as 20%. So 298 is pretty much the same as 330 or 315 that you have shot before.

Get a +2 and we can take it from there. :-)
 
Well looks like we might be in a bounce...just got home 393 @+7.5...sigh. I guess for today that works. Not on schedule again till wednesday next week so should have time to set up auto feeder and get a little more comfortable maybe force myself between now and then to go out of house to feel less stressed
 
Hi.

So looks like a an active cycle tonight.

How late and at what interval should I test and when do I say ok we are good? Meaning little man and I can sleep haha.

I'm thinking if I test again and hes pretty flat I'd like to think we are good??

Btw, we ask members to create only one thread per day. More than that becomes too much to keep track of. You can just add the PM cycle numbers to the title of your morning thread

I can def do one post per day from now on sorry I was worried it would get to convoluted...

I can absolutely do a +4 already planned on that one
 
Little Man needs more insulin. You can take him up to 2U tomorrow morning.
You could actually take him up by 0.5U since his nadirs are largely over 300.

With TR you can keep increasing his dose by 0.25U (0.5U if nadirs are over 300) every 3 days till you start seeing numbers below 200.
