Hi everyone
My cat Tansi has higher bg than usual last few days even with increased dose 3 days ago. Yesterday and today he is acting sleepy and appetite decreased. I just noticed his ears are really hot. Is this a possible emergency or something tgat can wait until morning?
Babysitting tonight so would prefer to wait till morning, but will go if you all advise it.

If you know how to take your cat's temperature, that would be a good piece of information. I am of no help with this since it's not something I've done.

One good sign is that if there's an infection, usually the numbers jump much higher than what you're seeing.

I don't have a thermometer unfortunately
I am taking him to vet today.
Hoping numbers spiky due to mild infection, as you were saying.
