This morning is a bit of a muddle... I'm heading off to work but starting today's thread so Tim can post for assistance if needed. Yesterday morning's shot was 45 min late, and then we got home late from a movie and the evening shot was another 45 min late, so we need to work it back 30 min (to 9 am EDT) to be on track for our DST adjustment. But the other thing is that the darn cat's been running in the limes for the past few hours. So we may need to consider stalling or skipping. Any thoughts? He'll be posting in about an hour with the AMPS number.

Update from Tim: stayed in the limes with half-hour checks until just now, when he was down to 38. So definitely skipping this morning's dose, and giving him some high-carb stuff until he starts to rebound.

Lisa again, checking in before work. @Wendy&Neko what do you think? New dose tonight 5.5 U? At least the skip makes adjusting shot time easier.

I wonder what our boy is up to with these close reductions. Still just up and down in the 5-6.5 U range where he's been since July, or is this the start of something more?

I sat here over breakfast perusing thread titles and said out loud "hoooly <word not allowed on forum>" . Crazy cat! Really hoping this is the IAA going away for you guys finally.

He's faked us out three times before, dropping down to around 3-5 U before climbing back up again. So I'm reserving judgement until I see what happens over the next few weeks. Really, I'd be happy if he'd just stop being so bouncy. Even when he's in the 300s he's got the potential to go into a swan dive of 50-60 units per hour, so we really just can't relax. Stable blues would be lovely, but apparently that's his least favorite color.

Good example of how the depot can influence the first half of the following cycle.

Yep. So now we build the depot back up to 5.5 and see what he does with it. (The depot is very confused right now... after a long string of 6.5 we had 4, 6, 6, 6, 0, and now 5.5 U.)
