Good morning all. Sorry for no posting the past few days. Been busy with my chemo cat (Shamus) who needed an MRI yesterday. Developed facial paralysis on Friday and they found that his lymphoma has spread around his brain stem. 
CSF tap was negative for cancer but it doesn’t completely rule it out unfortunately. Going to try a different chemo that penetrates the brain in an attempt to squelch it until my son can finish his semester. He is having a difficult time in culinary school as some of the chefs are very militant thus crushing his spirits and for me to have Shamus euthanized at the moment would crush my son. I am stuck in a corner with it all. Shamus has his periods of normal play and attention seeking but I know that his days unfortunately are limited. 
. So in between nursing him and taking him to appointments, Lucky has been ok. Got a low this morning unexpectedly, kind of, so not sure if I go ahead and take the reduction. Opinions??
