As per Friday’s messages (sorry I don’t know how to copy the thread on my iPad), we increased his dose to 1.25 units.

But now he is higher than ever. We are just at a loss.

still no word on the test results for his fluid… tomorrow it will be 10 days since they sent it off and he has been off his latest antibiotic for 7 days tomorrow.

thanks for reading. Just needed to vent. We have been in such a holding pattern with this all just waiting on this or that for months. Now we are getting even more frustrated that the diabetes is making his inflammation even worse.

It can take time for the increase to show how it will effect him. If the numbers don’t come down after 6 cycles you can increase by .50 but you can’t rush things by increasing any faster. Hang in there.
