I hope it comes back down. He’s acted a little uncomfortable since he ate. I forgot to give him his Gabapentin last night so I gave it to him just now. I don’t know if he still has some issues with his pancreatitis maybe. He takes the Gabapentin for arthritis but earlier this morning he jumped all the way up on my bed. He hasn’t done that in months. My bed is high and he normally has to walk up a little cat stairs thing to get on it. He acted fine until he ate so it might be his pancreatitis. I hope the day gets better for him.

Me too! Jumping on the bed is wonderful! You are a great cat Mama!
 
I think I'd try 8.5 units in the morning. With blue nadirs, we hold the dose for 6-10 cycles. Since it's such a high blue, I'd tend to shorter time.
