Dolly’s numbers are creeping up today. Any thoughts on what could be going on? She was in Green Day before yesterday. Tonight she will start the steroid drops 0.1ml every 12 hours. It “can” reduce congestion, inflammation, even reduce the size of tumors if that is the case. She is eating exceptionally well but had to use the sardine water that has some salt. Just had delivered the ones with no salt added. She’s had no mc but a few pieces yesterday morning. Could this still be causing high numbers. She wasn’t too bad yesterday. She seems fine otherwise. Will she need an increase again? Thanks.

I should have mentioned housekeeper put Dolly’s Dr Elsey’s on her mat, did not catch it until this am. I had it on my nightstand, it was from the frantic last weekend when I was desperate to get her to eat anything. There wasn’t much in this little dish and I can’t tell if anything was eaten. Dr Elsey’s can raise her BG.

Thank you Elise. It went well considering we had to put 0.1ml of this sort of thick solution in each nostril. Maybe it’s just her mouth that’s not allowed. We wrapped her up. Laid her down on these big pillows on her back and she stopped fighting pretty quickly almost as though it didn’t feel bad at all. The worst part is that we spent the whole day worrying about it and how scared we would make her. Did her test 1/2 hr later and she dropped to 134. Go figure. Every 12 hrs for a week then once a day for a week. She’s not even mad at us. :cat: :bighug:
