I was in bed by 11 last night. Got just over 7 hours of sleep. Glorious. Here's hoping I can actually be productive today.
Told husband to get either a +5 or +7, depending on how late he was up. He got a +7 of 429 (wtf) so I'm glad I went to bed. Maybe we can make this a regular thing...

Maybe start him off slowly, with simple post-it instructions. That's what I do when I have to leave.
