Since he started the AM at 72, I rather suspect he might have been lower than that at some point last night. So what you are seeing today is not so much loss of duration but a bounce ramping up. The good news is that he seems to be getting over them rather quickly.

Yes you are correct again! PMPS at 505! Ugh!!! So I guess unless I get an actual reading of less than 50 (which means getting up at some ungodly hour), I can’t lower his dosage, correct?

We find they hold reductions better is you see an under 50, instead of guessing that he may or may not have gone under 50.
