I dropped her back to 4.25u then reduced again when she threw another 40s at me. Now we're at 4u.

Hope this is a good BG day for Minnie! Is she still getting spironolactone?

Yep, still on spironolactone twice a day with 1 scoop of potassium.

Are you able to get nighttime tests anymore? Just curious from looking at your spreadsheet, I thought maybe you just hadn't loaded tests in there.... because if not then I'd definitely be on the conservative side of dosing (yesterday's convo in mind - I would only take an increase I thought could be risky if I knew I'd be home and able to test 24/7).

I'm generally not setting alarms for middle of the night unless the bedtime readings look like she's on her way down. Getting up in the middle of the night is making it so I can't wake up in the morning resulting in delayed AMPS. I skipped a couple of bedtime readings due to higher PMPS/to give her ears a break and last night the PMPS was late.

Hmm. I do admit that makes me a little uncomfortable, especially given the lows she throws at you and her picky eating. I personally never found the bedtime test to be a super reliable predictor. Some of these low AMPS (9/26, 9/30) make me wonder what she does overnight, and today makes that doubly true.

I'm curious what @Wendy&Neko thinks, but if you can't test overnight I wonder if you need to let her run a little higher/lower dose (the other points Wendy brought up aside, I would never have recommended an increase if the testing couldn't be done). It's probably a bit of a moot point for a few days while depot drains.

Not for long I see. :D I count two days with below 50 at this dose. Or was last night with the Freestyle too?

I wonder if those yellow PMPS were the high before the low. You've woken up to low greens after no before bed tests in the PM. 9/29 and last night as examples.
