We made it through the night after all of last nights event.

171 this AM. Should I give insulin this AM? If so how much?

He's just eating breakfast now, LC wet food.

If you are following SLGS, he earned a reduction to 2.25U by dropping below 90 on 9/25 and 9/26.

Yes I can monitor him all day. I work from home.

I will reduce to 2.25.
And check +1 +2 and +3??

Yes I know, he got lots of pokes last night, luckily he is the sweetest boy and its very easy to check his sugars.

And OK. TR. 2.25 units this AM. Do this for 3-5 cycles?

I'm going to be posting a lot, hopefully I won't be too annoying. I just never seem to get it right on knowing / understanding when I should decrease, increase or stay with the current dose.

With TR, you evaulate doses every 3-5 days (not cycles). Feel free to post as often as you want. Many people post every day.

With TR you hold 6-10 cycles or longer depending on the numbers. For now ask for dosing advice before you increase.
