Wait, with that logic, shouldn’t it count getting 109 at +5 last PM cycle? We didn’t see green, but surely he got there?

Did he though? We can only go by numbers we saw. You also want longer stretches of blues and greens like you saw between 9/10 and 9/20.
You can hold the dose one more day and see what he does.
