No. He would earn a reduction if his bg was under 90. You hold the dose at .75.

From the dosing sticky:
  • If nadirs are more than 150 mg/dl (8.3 mmol/L), increase the dose by 0.25 unit
  • If nadirs are between 90 (5 mmol/L) and 149 mg/dl (8.2 mmol/L), maintain the same dose
  • If nadirs are below 90 mg/dl (5mmol/L), decrease the dose by 0.25 uni

I was asking about increase not decrease of dose


I’m sorry, I feel dense right now because I can’t understand
Today for his curve his numbers were
324,265,175,310

the dosing sticky says hold if nadir is
between 90 (5 mmol/L) and 149 mg/dl (8.2 mmol/L),
But all of his numbers during curve today were well above 149. I’m not sure what I’m missing???
 
I thought you saw blue which you did but misread and thought you saw 150 and wanted to decrease. Sorry. . I looked and I would increase either tonight or tomorrow morning. It’s up to you.
