? Thinking ahead and being out of town food?

We purchased Dr. Elsey's CleanProtein Chicken I know it’s 7% Carb. But can Oreo have this when we are away? Because it’s higher than the pâté I don’t want to push him back to high numbers again. I’m just trying to come up with an easy way to feed them all when we have a sitter coming just once a day to give the 5 of them pâté.

Is there any way your sitter can come by twice a day? There's no way to know whether the Dr. Elsey's will be fine or if it will bump numbers up. Some cats just have a stronger BG response to any dry food once you've transitioned them off.

Well that will be the next hurtle. I’m trying to avoid paying her two times a day. Its 25 bucks a visit. We’ve used her for several years but move and kept us as existing clients even though we are outside her area. She sent only one we trust

Looks like we will have to figure out a two visit a day plan. Dr Esleys is making some of the cats sick and very loose stools.
