9/9 Cooper AMPS 275, +10 127, NO PMPS, +6 351

@Bandit's Mom Cooper just had a +10 of 127. I won’t be home for his PMPS or dose. My dad will be doing it but can’t test his bg. Should I have my dad do the full dose based off of the 127 now or should it be lowered or do anything special?

I don't think you want to shoot blind when he is so low (or shoot blind at all!). Can you get a +11? When and what did he last eat? And when will you be back home? Can you monitor tonight?

I can’t get a +11. I would only be able to get a +10.50. He just had his low carb 3/4 can at +6. I won’t be home until a bit late.. My fiancé will be home but she isn’t able to test. We do have some gravy lovers high carb in and dry high carb if I need to feed him some of that with me not being home

Are we talking +3 late, +6 late, +9 late? How many hours after the shot before you will actually be home to test?

Does she know what to look for regarding hypo symptoms?

It'd help if you could get 1 more test ....just to see if it's going up or down at this point in the cycle
 
OK....If you can grab a test right before you leave and the number is stable or higher, I'd go with the scheduled dose tonight. One of the biggest signs China gave me if she was starting to drop too much or too low was a frantic demand to be fed so if Cooper acts like he's starving after his usual meal, have the GF feed him a couple teaspoons of higher carb food (not necessarily high carb...just higher than he usually eats). Better to err on the side of caution and feed him something higher until you can get home to test.
