I should have noticed he was low, he just finished two rounds of food before his +3 test. (2 Tablespoons of FF and then 2 more)

So, my thoughts, (I've decided I should start documenting, what I would do, and see how it matches) is perhaps he was headed for quite the dive, if the 11% didn't raise him more for the +4. Of course there is meter variance to contend with.
