Good morning all! Well we were unexpectedly up late with a sump pump that was not connected and a lot of water to clear out. Ugh! Anyway, caught a green late. And this morning, he was green still but I shot the usual dose anyways as I’ll be around. Fed a little higher carb than usual to make sure he is at a good number when that lantus kicks in. I hope he won’t bounce tomorrow. :banghead::banghead: Hope everyone’s kitty surfs safely! Enjoy your day! :)

Sorry about the sump pump. Looks like the carbs worked a little too well or a bounce starting. Probably the latter. What % carbs? Make a note on your ss for next time. Sump pump working?
Hi!! Yes we got it to work- the hose had come disconnected. Could have been worse than it was but it was still a pain especially when we were all tired. I think a combination- the 161 was 5%. I’ve seen him spike with 1% though- go figure. He skyrocketed to the reds so I’m sure it’s a bounce again from the nice greens of yesterday and this morning. Ugh!

You are likely exhausted so the bounce might not be so bad as far as timing goes for you. :bighug:
Yes, I was sleep walking this morning when I had to get up and get ready for my son’s orthodontic appt at 8:30. Had to get up at 6:00 to start with all the cats and then Lucky with his testing and feeding and then shower. Ugh! Sitting with my mom’s cats now and then back home to check on Lucky. Hopefully it won’t be another late
Night. I’m at the end of my rope ! o_O

I’ve been in your shoes. I lost Max and my mom within a month of each other. Max left first. :bighug:
It’s amazing the void that people and animals leave in your heart. I’ve lost other relatives and watched my dad succumb to dementia but my mom meant the world to me. :( And right now, I’d give anything to have her here again. I guess for now, I’ll need to put on those patience pants.
