I wanted to give Jilly a few days after her biopsy and anesthesia - but, is it time for an increase? I'm not sure. She's got some room but also some nice greens. Ideally, she'd have more greens...thoughts?

I agree. How much insulin does this girl want? What's a high dose considered? Aren't we supposed to be moving in the opposite direction?!

It’s been long enough since the last skip. I would increase. Good luck. She’s not on a high dose and getting lots of green.

iirc high dose is 8 units? You're doing fine! We went up quite a bit and then down if that helps at all for perspective
