Numbers came down this morning, thank goodness. Gave Ruby some massage last night and will continue this morning in the hopes of producing some poop. She's been eating so much these past few days that I can't imagine it's very comfortable for her.

Heading downward and we have poop! :joyful::joyful::joyful: Despite the Lactulose the poop is still like hard dry clay. I’m inclined to increase the Lactulose. Ruby’s been seen at the water bowl again today. Maybe the Lactulose is making her thirsty and not high numbers? :bookworm:

I would definitely try increasing the lactulose. I'm so glad she got some out though. It's nice she has a good appetite though. So you're home this week (well... when you are not working) and Frank is OOT?

I am working Tues-Fri this week. DBF is home until Thursday then he leaves for a few days. Next week I have an insane work schedule but he will be here the whole week, with some days when he has to go to the office.

I had to go out to get a mani (I'm a working woman again so need to be presentable! :p) and Ruby dropped to 76 while I was gone. She must feel relieved after her poop, poor thing. I knew she would drop today after her red number yesterday.

My helicopter is hovering right alongside yours Katherine :nailbiting:. Ruby really must keep your head spinning from those highs to these lows :eek: Come on Ruby girl, give your mom a break, settle on a little bit higher number :stop:.

I'm getting a little more accustomed to the roller coaster. The high numbers make me really upset because I worry about DKA and the damage that hyperglycemia might be doing to her body. I put a tiny smidge of MC into her food after the 57 and she got her nightly pred dosage so that should prop her up.

I hope that brings her up a bit to more reasonable numbers. I just checked and I guess it’s too soon to check her. Dolly got a 98 PMPS :woot: I AM SO EXCITED :joyful:. Maybe we finally ended whatever or as Marje would say “just because” :p. Hoping and praying for healthy numbers for both our girls. :cat::cat: Hugs to all :bighug::bighug:
