Based on the below Oreo will need to hold at .1?
Oreo is under 200 and do I assume we wouldn’t consider prior numbers to TR start? I will hold this dose as this is only the first day Oreo is on TR and would need 10 cycles before increasing.

• If your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
• when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.

Based on the below Oreo will need to hold at .1?

Yes. You would need to hold the dose for 10 cycles unless he drops below 50 and earns a reduction. Tonight was the 7th cycle on this dose.

Btw, when you first use a syringe, push the plunger all the way in to see if it lines up with the printed zero line. A lot of syringes have their markings way off and that affects the accuracy of the dose. Especially with smaller doses, every little bit matters.
