I really can't advise - especially on Levemir which I am not familiar with. I would say a +4 and a +8.

Usually a +2 doesn’t tell a lot with lev but Oreo has gone lower then. Usually a +4 will be the time to see about the rest of the cycle. If lower more tests and if higher maybe set an alarm for+9.
