8/4 Juggie AMPS 248 PMPS 286 +4 189

Starting the day with an AMPS of 248. Gave the .1U and a can of ff. Off to work.

@Bandit's Mom to answer your questions from yesterday I shoot 7AM/7PM and right now I work from 8-430. Add in 1/2 hour commute each way and it doesn’t give a lot of wiggle room

Ya I was thinking so too. I only work mon-fri so always have weekend off. Is it every 2 hours or 3 hours?? Do I need to do his +3 or +4 tonight? Or is it safe to say his numbers are ok to wait until amps?

Every 2 for 12 would be easiest. I will do it this weekend. Just bought a new pack of strips

Took a bit to get a drop. Wasted two strips but eventually got it at +4 and it’s 189

tomorrow I will do amps and pmps and then should I do a +2?
