I didn’t test her again until just now before her shot. It’s not unusual for her drop 100 points between the shot and +3 so I didn’t think to do it

I hate guessing! My crystal ball is completely unreliable. If it were me, I would have gotten another test in prior to nadir.

Part of my caution is based on having a cat who liked to give me surprises that bordered on panic attacks. It doesn't look like you've done a curve in a while. I'd think about it. There's not much data in the latter half of the cycle. Since nadirs can move around, I think it would be work getting some spot checks later in the cycle just to make sure Debra isn't being a cat and embracing unpredictability.

A curve is a good idea! I’ll do one this week.
