Is there any chance of a UTI? Pancreatitis? Anything unusual in how he's acting?

I'd hold the 1.5 dose one more cycle and if he doesn't show signs of coming down tonight, go up tomorrow morning.

I'd also save the "fat" and "skinny" doses for when you're really close to a "perfect" dose and it just needs a little dialing in.

No - he's not acting unusual. He's had pancreatitis before and not showing any of those signs. And he's actually eating pretty well right now. Urine output is not excessive so I don't think he has a UTI - no unusual odor to his urine and he doesn't seem in any discomfort when he pees. Now I'm conflicted about upping or holding, based on reading the Roomp and Rand protocol. So frustrating....

If a quarter unit is too big a raise you can try for a finer increment.
I may take Chris' advice and hold for tonight and see his numbers +2 PMPS and the AMPS and then up if necessary... As you can see from his spreadsheet, I do use the skinny/fat dosing increments.

I gave him a full 1.5 units and he ate much better tonight than this morning. Will recheck him in 2 hours and take it from there. I have a houseful of B&B guests so I hope he doesn't drop substantially at +2 because staying up and checking him throughout the night will be tough....

Thanks for all your help and advice.
