How to record dosage value of "not quite 2u"?

I've been giving 1.75u and I think it's time for a little more. I'm not comfortable going to 2u yet, so I'm giving just a smidgen more than 1.75u. Going from 1.75 to 2 would be 0.25 more. So if I give half of that, it's 0.125 more, for a total of 1.75 + 0.125 = 1.875 right?

How do people record this on the spreadsheet so that everyone looking will understand? I guess what I'm asking is what is the standard recording method for this?

I have a picture on Skipper's spreadsheet. The picture is kinda blurry but look closely and you can see that the rubber is in the middle of the 2 line.

If 1.875U works for you it works for me. It tells me you were halfway between 1.75 & 2.0 units.

Some people might call it a 1.75 fat or a 2.0 skinny. What's important is what works for you in a way that you can keep the dose consistent - you know where you drew the insulin to to get what you're calling 1.875 units and you know where you want to draw it to again to get that same 1.875 units.

I've got some funky decimal point numbers on my spreadsheet too!

Check the spreadsheet again... I inserted the picture IN the cell instead of OVER this time so maybe you can see it now? The picture is in the Remarks column on the right.

I always put like 1.9 to indicate a skinny 2. Our like 2.1 for a fat 2.
