7/7 Roxy: Day 2 new dose: AMPS 283; +3 274; PMPS: 304,

11am and 3pm - two mini meals - about 1-2 tablespoons of a turkey pate.
So nothing since 7am meal before this last test

So you are giving snacks at +4 and +8?
My suggestion would be to give the snacks at +3 and +6 because giving them in the first half of the cycle when the insulin is strongest is better if you can manage it. Giving food later in the cycle can sometimes shorten the duration of the insulin.

Just did it to space them out evenly between 7 and 7 but I can move them to 10am and 2pm if you think that's better.

Looks like we're heading for 2 units the rate we're going.
She is seeing "glucose toxicity". Her body has gotten used to the higher numbers and has built a temporary insulin resistance. The way to break that is to keep increasing the dose till you hit a dose where she breaks through to good numbers. Often cats come down the dosing ladder fast once they break through that barrier.

By increasing in 0.25U increments and adequate testing you know that you are not bypassing a good dose.
