Oh, Jan. Please don't talk to me about the 4th. I hate the whole week of fireworks we have here in my residential neighborhood. I already had a few on June 29th. They start a few days early and end a few days after the 4th. They go well past 2:00 am on the 4th. I have two dogs that have firework/storm anxiety. One runs through the house barking and the other clings to me for hours and hours just pawing me (or my 90 year old Mom). It is a nightmare. I don't know how I am going to get any nighttime test in with Susie. I am really dreading it.Thanks Summer and Carla, for being our cheering section! We love you!!!!!

My goodness. I just finished typing the above message and someone is ALREADY launching fireworks this afternoon at 2:45 pm. And, here came my Molly Pop lying right next to my computer chair. Poor girl. She is so afraid of them. As I said, it is going to be a long week.
