He’s back to the blues after a bounce yesterday. Of course we curved him during his bounce! Looks like we will be holding at 8 for a bit tho…

Huge thanks to everyone who got us thru a few very busy and new-to-us cycles and colors! I’ll be going back thru all the discussions and links you’ve kindly provided now that things are (hopefully) calmer for a bit!

We MIGHT be seeing a green PMPS if he hasn’t nadir’d yet - AM+9 is 92. I prefer not to monitor continuously overnight if I can avoid it somehow; I slept like crap last night and have all busy day at work tomorrow... Hopefully he will show he’s rising at PMPS but considering his patterns:

If he’s not what should we do?

haha I will learn soon enough! Curve balls every day this week so far!!
 
Why don't you get a +11 or +11.5 and post for help then. It's really hard to guess what he'll do in three hours.
 
A funny story - In Snuggie’s healthy days he liked to chew on things. Everything. Anything. Wood furniture, electrical cords, we spent so much time Snuggie-proofing our homes (he’s been with us for 3; in 3 states). One time he found his way into my closet and chewed the toes and heels of all my pointy toe dress heels, earning him the nickname “Jimmy Chew”…

This behavior waned starting last year. We thought maybe he outgrew it. It was one thing we didn’t miss about the “old Snuggie” … turns out it was just a side effect of feeling crappy; hes back to his usual shoe nibbling - I busted him tonight gnawing on my sandals and their grooming brush handle! :eek:

Snuggie is looking great! And I'm sorry....I was away when you shared the news of his acro diagnosis. I know it's not what you wanted to hear, but as others have said, now you have a path going forward.

Looks like he's doing really well right now just on dose increases alone! :)

Thank you! Yea I kinda knew the diagnosis was coming and as you say now we have a path forward. I was shocked at the turnaround he made 2 days after the Dx, I can’t wait to tell his vet! He’s even been hopping on the couch with us and even snuggled with me at bedtime for a few minutes. Melted my heart! :cat:
 
Woke up at PM+7.75 by dumb luck, tested - 74. Fed 1 tsp LC, went back to bed, tested an hour later @ 80. Let it go since it *is normal… tested an hour later and was 76… I fed his normal breakfast since it was 3 flat normal numbers in a row; should I have done anything differently?
