? 6/27 Lisa PMPS 389 +2 300 +3 139 +4 74 +5 54

Test her again in 20 minutes. You fed her 11% carbs at +3? Good. This should help her come up a little. Post as soon as you get the test. Do you have some higher carb food if she needs it? She is not in danger with the 139 but we need to stop the drop. Hopefully, someone with more knowledge than me will step in soon.

Summer is right, keep testing every 30 minutes and feed her higher carbs if needed. 139 is good safe numbers, but by mintoring and feeding a little bit you ensure she doesn't dive too much.

You got this! :)

Sorry i dont understand ...what to.do finally?
Look at June 4, 7, 17th and 18th on her SS. What did you do those days when she was low? Repeat whatever you did back then that kept her safe. That’s why our notes are so important. Good luck. You can do this, just like you did before.

@tiffmaxee Elise can you help, I can’t right now, have to leave.

Hello, keep monitoring, those numbers are very safe. I would suggest removing the 911 as this is not an emergency. You may replace 911 by a question mark if you want to draw attention to your post.

I do not think 18% carbs is necessary as she is approaching her nadir. Keep monitoring. 74 was at +4? How much did you feed her when you got 74?

Update your title so that the experts can see where your cat is heading to.
Normally, for a new diagnosed cat, when the cat drops under 50, a reduction of 0.25 is needed.

ok lets see what next test tells us. That means when you cat breaks a bounce, she does it in style so you need to make sure that you are home to monitor like you are doing now.

You don’t want to give honey unless under 50. Even then it depends how late or early in the cycle. Far better to start with mc it’s very important to update your title so you don’t get missed.
When i do the next test?we reduce tommorow?
I’m going to look at your spreadsheet but reductions when under 50.
