I did order some and will start him on it as soon as I get it. This is preventative and should be continued after the infection is clear, right?? @carfurby

I've only given it when Furball had a UTI. She got an antibiotic from the vet and it didn't clear the UTI up, but the d-mannose did. I didn't continue it afterwards.
 
Sorry to hear Oliver is not feeling well, hope the UTI clears up quickly. Might be time to think about an increase, numbers are generally on the upswing, and with TR you can evaluate a dose after 6 cycles, and decide if you like where the nadirs are. You haven't seen anything better than 130s and that was only on one cycle.
