A lot of members have faced this problem. I don't know what causes it but it resolves on it own. If you trying to update the SS on your phone, try using a computer browser instead and vice versa

I fix it by switching device as you recommended. But if it doesn't help, it could be helpful to look in settings and see if one has the editing rights.
Or restart the computer. Always works
