Yesterday on The Tail of Ruby.

No kitty alarm this morning because mom needs sleep and left extra food in the bowls overnight. Ruby ate most of her breakfast this morning.
Intense session of squirrel stalking yesterday (see pic below).
Good low blue start this morning.

Today is Ruby's 7th day on prednisolone.

+9 = 159. Trying not to get upset about these numbers because they're below renal threshold but it's still really hard. I wish I could take her dose up to .5 right now, but I will put on those patience pants. Big sigh.

I don't think I've ever experienced wonkiness like this, but then again it's been a while since I've seen Ruby's numbers be so unpredictable and she's never been on steroids before. I hope and pray I can keep steering her numbers with the insulin.
