Ordered l-lysine from chewy and should get an a few days. Bought some b-12 pills from the pharmacy and mix into food after grinding them up. Other an that things are pretty much stable.. Jim is doing better dialysis is still wiping him out afterwards. But the docs are very happy with him. His dry weight is down to what they want and he is following their. Finding out that yes it sucks but he does not have to totally give up the foods he loves that like diabetes it is an balancing act.
 
I am reluctant to give the full reduction as Magellan has a history of not holding reductions... any suggestions?? other tha trying to stear him through this dance.. perhaps skinny up on the reduction?? right now I am about to snatch my self bald!
 
doing an assisted feed.. baby food meat mixed with honey and gravy. Got about 1/2 table spoon onto him..

He drops quite a bit at onset. I'm wondering if breaking his meals and feeding him at PS, +1 and +2 will work?

Btw, I can't understand what you've noted in the +5 box. Did you restest the 30s? He went from 31 to 100 to 30 again?
