Hello all! I have a question. So I'm not sure what to do... I recently upped Toes dose to 3u twice a day, per FDMB recommendation (Prozinc) but then had issues with him vomiting ALOT. It didn't seem like he was going hypo, per the testing I was able to do. I have him back down to 2.75u twice a day and it's been a week since I have had any vomiting and no spikes in his AMPS or PMPS. I know he still has room with his midday numbers to try and increase again. So should I try him back at 3u again to see if he tolerates it? Or stay as is... it just seems weird to me but I don't want him to be getting sick like that again... I did Comment the days he puked on my spreadsheet. (There were a few days I slightly lowered his dose due to pre shot numbers) thanks a bunch!!

Hi, it doesn't look like it was his blood sugar that got him to puke.

I see that on nights that you are working, you aren't able to get any tests. Can you get somebody to get at least one test between +4 and +6 on those nights?

It does look like he needs the increase to 3U, but you want to increase when you can get AM and PM tests for a few days. So that you can see how low he's going on the dose.
Looks like you can do that from 6/10 to 6/13 since you aren't working nights

I can definitely increase him and get some PM tests.. unfortunately my bf is not comfortable getting tests on him so I don't thinkni can get any when I'm working. But if I do notice he starts vomiting again after I increase, should I drop back down? I wasn't sure and it just seemed like that was the issue.. idk... I stopped giving him YA zero bc I thought maybe that was why but not 100% sure. He does get some dr Easley chicken dry food as a "treat" and no issue with vomiting
