? AMPS +2 is 3.8 mmol/L /68 mg/dL

Hi, Canadian here...
AMPS was 8.4 mmol/L / 15 mg/dL Shot 2.0 Lantus.
He seemed fine and very playful... decided to test + 2 and it was 3.8 mmol/L
Gave 1 TSP FF turkey Feast in Gravy (MC) (12 % Carbs) + 3 pieces of Temptations seafood medley flavor.( i still have not been able to find HC canned food)
Will retest in 10 min. We have had a few lows # in the recent days... help is appreciated.

Retested again now, + 3 @ 3.4, gave 1 TSP of FF Gravy Lovers Chicken Feast in Grilled.(15 % Carb) The highest food i have available...
He seems very hungry now. Retest in an hour or 30 min?

But you kow the gig... a little bit of food and testing often. Do you have some honey/karo ready, in case he goes below 3? Mine are always cruystallized when I need them

Hopefully it will go like on May 13th, where he had a nadir at +3. Unfortunately there isn't anything on your notes of what you fed him that day. I usually use my "past experiements" to guide me. So you may want to write on the notes what you feed him today, so next time you know how much food you need to give him.

TBSP? Not Tsp then? just making sure...and i already did give him another TSP of FF (15% Carbs) after

We had the same scenario on May 16th at PMPS and BHooma wrote in my remarks what i fed him.
So trying to follow ias best i can.

It might be too much, but without any idea how he has reacted in the past, I think is better to be safe than sorry. Please write in your notes what you gave at AMPS, at +3 and +3.5
This way we will know in the future if a tablespoon is too much or not

The trick is to keep testing. If a teaspoon does the job, than is better. However, since he had a teaspoon about half an hour ago and din't improve much, I am suggesting more. However, we will need to learn by experimenting what works for Milo. I am sorry I din't see the notes from Bhooma earlier.

day.So his numbers are actually "good/normal" but just dropping a bit too fast. Good to know how to tag
members!

If you can hold them from earning to many reductions close together is good. So stay on top of the reading, so you don't have to take another one!

Do you have another BG reading since the 3.4?

So +5.5 @ 4.3 and feeding 2 TBSP FF Pate. (his normal + 6 snack)

I am glad he is in good safe numbers! Enjoy your tea, you deserve! I remember well how stressful those greens were to begin with, and it still gets my blood flowing when hercs is on a mission !
